We deliver to many countries across the world, including the European Union, Canada and United States.
Track Your Order
Deliveries are fulfilled by DHL in Europe, and by DHL or by the National Post service of the destination country for the rest of the world. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by email to the address that you provided during the checkout process.
International Delivery Times
Online orders leave our warehouse within 3 working days from the order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Shipping charges are:
3€ for Attica
6€ for the rest of Greece
12€ for European Destinations
19€ for the rest of the World
Orders under 30 €/$ net, are being shipped with National Post. National Post estimated delivery times: 5-20 working days.
Orders over 30 €/$ net, are being shipped by UPS Express. UPS estimated delivery times: 2-5 working days.
All shipments are traceable and registered. Our courier will make
three attempts to deliver your order. In case they don’t find you at
the indicated address at the moment of delivery, a notice will be
left and you should contact them the soonest possible to reschedule
the delivery, or to arrange a pick-up from the shipping company’s
premises. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt
because the customer was absent, the vendor cannot be held
responsible for the fact that it is not possible to deliver the products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make use of the notice
left by the courier and reschedule the delivery of the parcel.
In the case of an unclaimed parcel, and only following receipt of the package back to the vendor’s address.
• The vendor can implement a second delivery, only if the buyer agrees to cover the cost of a second shipment, which is 18€
• Or, the vendor can reimburse to the client the price of the order, excluding the import that corresponds to the shipping charges.
Given the nature of our products, refunds are only possible for faulty items. The purchaser has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery to have the products returned for reimbursement, without penalty, with the exception of return costs. Return costs are the responsibility of the client. Returns have to be made by registered mail. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. Reimbursement will take place within a maximum of one week from receipt of the return. After a reimbursement has been submitted, your credit card issuer will process the refund to your account. Incorrect Delivery Details
The goods are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser during the checkout process. The information set out by the purchaser at the time the order is placed is binding upon the purchaser. In the event of an error in the text of the recipient’s contact and address details, the vendor cannot be held responsible for the fact that it is not possible to deliver the product. In the case of an incorrect address making delivery impossible, and only following receipt of the package back to the vendor’s address:
• The vendor can implement a second delivery, only if the buyer agrees to cover the cost of a second shipment, which is 18€ Or,
• The vendor can reimburse to the client the price of the order, excluding the import that corresponds to the shipping charges.
It is not possible to edit any orders once they have been confirmed. Any additional items you may wish to add will need to be placed as a new order. It may be possible for us to cancel an order or to allow you to replace it as you wish, providing that it has not already been dispatched.
